The Sequoia
The Sequia is a right sized barn that packs a lot of features into a small space about the size of a 3-car garage. Features include stall sky lights, vertical ventilation, tack room, feed & bedding storage with separate access, a small office space can be provided, eave heights are designed for a 18 hand horse (without rider). The extended eave serves as a cross-tie stall while the opposite end of the barn includes a combination wash and shoing area. The stalls include front and rear doors for access to turn-out paddocks and removeable interior stall wall allows for enlarging two stalls into one large stall for birthing or medical space. The roof ridge beam is engineered to support a hoist for use in medical procedures. Exterior architectural details and finishes can be adapted to reflect the clients desires or the architectural style of the main home.
